How do I get AITECHZ after subscribing?

By email. AITECHZ is proprietary, closed-source software, so there’s no public download. Within 24 hours of checkout, your license key and a private install link arrive at the email you used at checkout, from support@aitechzllc.com. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or write to us.

What counts as a check?

One full run on one project: map, code review, real-browser test and report. Re-checking findings you’ve fixed is free and doesn’t count toward your monthly checks.

What is a license key for?

Each key lets one person run AITECHZ. Starter includes 1 key, Builder 2 and Studio 5, so a small team can share one subscription.

What is your refund policy?

New subscriptions come with a 3-day money-back guarantee: if AITECHZ isn’t right for you, email us within 3 days of your first payment for a full refund. It applies once per customer and doesn’t cover renewals or plans whose monthly checks have been heavily used. Read the full refund terms.

Can I cancel or change my plan?

Yes. Cancel anytime from the customer portal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. You can also switch plans there, and the price difference is prorated. Manage your subscription.

Is my code used to train AI models?

No. Each check runs in a sealed sandbox that’s deleted afterwards. We keep no copy of your code and never use it to train AI models. Read the privacy policy.
