1. Security lead
Kit Kei Li (Founder & CEO) leads security at AITECHZ, LLC. We are a small, founder-led team, and security is handled in-house by our founder, who is responsible for secure development, reviewing changes to our code and infrastructure before release, and responding to security reports.
2. Report a vulnerability
Email support@aitechzllc.com with "Security" in the subject line. Please include:
- A description of the issue and its potential impact;
- Steps to reproduce it, or a proof of concept;
- The affected URL, component or version; and
- How we can contact you.
We will acknowledge your report within two business days, keep you updated while we investigate, and let you know when the issue is resolved.
3. Scope
In scope: aitechzllc.com and the web applications and APIs operated by AITECHZ, LLC.
Out of scope: third-party services we use (please report those to the provider), denial-of-service testing, social engineering, physical attacks, and automated scanning that degrades our services.
4. Good-faith research
We will not pursue legal action against researchers who act in good faith, stay within this scope, avoid accessing or changing other people’s data, avoid privacy violations and service disruption, and give us reasonable time to fix an issue before disclosing it publicly.
5. How we protect our services
Our websites are served only over HTTPS. For how AITECHZ itself handles the projects you check (a sealed sandbox per check, read-only access, nothing kept afterwards), see Security & privacy. We collect as little personal information as possible, as described in our Privacy Policy. Machine-readable security contact details are published at /.well-known/security.txt.
